JA Financial Group Co., Limited（以下、当社）は、個人情報につきまして、以下のプライバシーに関する声明が適用されます。お客さまとのお取引を安全かつ確実に進め、より良い商品・サービスを提供させていただくために、以下の目的で取得・管理・利用いたします。適正且つ公正な手段によってお客さまに関する情報を収集し、お預かりした情報を適切に取り扱うとともに、プライバシーポリシーの継続的改善に努めてまいります。  

利用目的

当社では、お客さまに関する情報を、次のような目的のために利用させていただいております。

• 契約のお引受け・ご継続・維持管理、保険金・給付金等のお支払い

• 関連会社・提携会社を含む各種商品・サービスのご案内・提供、ご契約の維持管理

• 当社業務に関する情報提供・運営管理、商品・サービスの充実

• その他契約に関連・付随する業務

情報収集

個人情報は、お名前、職業、住所、連絡先、生年月日、国籍、身分証、個人番号（マイナンバー等）が含まれますが、これに限定されるものではありません。

個人情報に人種・信条等の要配慮個人情報が含まれる場合には、法令により認められた場合を除き、ご本人の同意を得ることなく個人情報を取得しません。

なお、サービスの品質向上のために、お客さまとの間のお電話の通話内容を録音させていただく場合があります。 

第三者への提供

当社では次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。

• お客さまの同意がある場合

• 情報を提供した目的を遂行するために当社が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合

• 法令に基づく場合

• 合併、分社化、事業譲渡などにより、事業の全部または一部が引き継がれる場合

情報のセキュリティ

当社はお客さまから提供された情報の誤用、欠損、不正アクセスの防止その他の個人データの安全管理のために、適正な情報セキュリティを確立し、必要かつ適切な措置を講じてまいります。

当社は、いついかなる理由においても、この プライバシーポリシーに関する声明を変更または修正する権利を有します。

Privacy Policy（English）

Purpose of Use

JA Financial Group Co., Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”)  uses customer information for the following purposes.

•  Contracts, continuation, maintenance and management of contracts, payment of insurance claims and benefits, etc.

• To introduce and provide various products and services, including those of affiliated and partner companies, and to maintain and manage contracts.

• Provision of information and management of our business, and enhancement of products and services.

• Other operations related and incidental to the contract.

Information Collection

Personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, occupation, address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, identification, and tax number.

When personal information includes which requires consideration of race, creed, etc., we will not acquire such personal information without the consent of the individual, except in cases permitted by law.

In order to improve the quality of our services, we may record the contents of telephone conversations with our customers.

Provision to third parties

We will not disclose personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.

• With the consent of the customer.

• When the information is disclosed to a contractor to whom we outsource our business in order to carry out the purpose for which the information was provided.
